Welcome to MailForge. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MailForge API, website, and related services. By accessing or using MailForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Service

You may use the MailForge API only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. You must not abuse the service, exceed defined rate limits, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

2. API Keys & Authentication

Access to the API requires an authentication key. You are responsible for safeguarding your API key and any activity under your account. MailForge reserves the right to suspend keys associated with abuse or violation of these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the API for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. Automated requests that bypass rate limits or compromise system integrity are strictly prohibited.

4. Data & Privacy

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the API at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if continued operation becomes commercially unviable.

6. Liability

The MailForge API is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the API after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
