MailForge MailForge

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 23 October 2025

MailForge is a privacy-first email validation API. We design our platform to minimize data collection and respect user privacy by default.

1. Data Processing

MailForge does not store email addresses submitted for validation. Each request is processed in memory and discarded immediately after generating a validation result.

2. Logs & Metadata

Minimal logs are kept for service reliability, rate limiting, and abuse prevention. Logs may include IP addresses, request timestamps, and API key identifiers. These logs are automatically purged after a short retention period.

3. Security

All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). MailForge employs strict access controls and continuous monitoring to protect the API infrastructure from unauthorized access.

4. Cookies & Analytics

The MailForge website uses only essential cookies required for functionality. No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are used.

5. Data Sharing

MailForge does not sell, rent, or share any information with third parties. Limited operational data may be processed by infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting, email relay) under strict data protection agreements.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data that may be indirectly associated with your account or API key. For inquiries, contact us at Contact.

7. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
